If you love chocolate and you love mint, you’re going to love these cookies. I only make them at Christmas because we like to keep them special, the kind of cookie everyone looks forward to all year long. Every holiday season, I’m asked to bake them again and again, and I always get requests for the recipe. They’ve become one of those Christmas treats that just wouldn’t feel right to skip.
